Let us learn to pray, to really talk to God through the many and various titles of Christ Jesus inspired by the Holy Spirit.
- Jesus, you are the Bread of Life—give me a growing hunger and insatiable thirst for you. (Jn 6)
- Jesus, you are the Good Shepherd—grant me the deep inner security that I am never really alone because you are walking next to me, side by side, guiding me by your rod and staff. (Ps 23; Jn 10)
- Jesus, you are truly the Resurrection and the Life—give me an ardent yearning to live with you for all eternity in heaven. (Jn 11)
- Jesus, your name means Savior—stretch out your gentle but strong hand to save me. Lord Jesus, save me from doubt, from my inner fears and anxieties, from my lack of trust in your divine providence. In the midst of the storms of life, when it seems as if my life is on the verge of capsizing and sinking, descend upon me with your calm and lead me to a safe haven. (Lk 1)
- Jesus, you are truly the Divine Physician—I implore you to touch me with your hand and heal me. (Mt 8–9) Lord Jesus, I admit my infirmities. Heal my mind with your light. Heal my soul with your grace. Heal my memory with your peace. Heal my body with your strength.
- Jesus, you are the best of all Teachers—as I sit before you, be my true Teacher. I thank you for the Gospels (Good News), where I can sit at your feet and absorb and drink in the words of your truth. (Jn 20:16)
- Jesus, you are the Way, the Truth, and the Life—pave the way for me on the highway to heaven, inundate me in the rays of your truth, and grant me eternal life. (Jn 14:6)
- Jesus, you are the Alpha and Omega—the principle and foundation of my life. Grant me fullness of life by staying at the very center of all my thoughts, words, decisions, and actions. (Rev 22:13)
- Jesus, you said, “I am the Light of the world”—cast out the dark regions of my mind, memory, understanding, intentions, and life. Shine in me so your presence may enlighten many others. (Jn 8:12)
- Jesus, you are the Logos—the Word of God—engrave your words deeply in my whole being so I may be a living expression of your truth in the world. (Jn 1:1)
- Jesus, you are Emmanuel—God with us! On this journey toward our eternal destiny, may I constantly be aware of your gentle and consoling presence. May my prayer echo the disciples on the road to Emmaus: “Stay with us, Lord, for the day is far spent.” (Lk 24)
- Jesus, you are the Christ—the Messiah, the Anointed One. By your Spirit, anoint my thoughts and words so I may be an anointed presence for my brothers and sisters. (1 Jn 5:1)
- Jesus, you are the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. By your precious blood may I be cleansed and purified of all my past sins and live in the liberty of the children of God. (Jn 1:29)
- Jesus, you are the Healing Hand that saves. Stretch out your hand to touch my festering wounds and heal me and all suffering humanity. (Mt 8:1-4)
- Jesus, you are indeed the Wounded-Healer. By your wounds we are healed. May I seek refuge in your wounded heart—my true and eternal refuge. (Is 53:5)
- Jesus, you are the Friend who is always faithful. May I always experience you as a true Friend—walking with me, talking with me, welcoming me, and never failing me. (Jn 15:15)
- Jesus, you are the Son of God made man. I am eternally grateful that you became like us in all things except sin.
- Jesus, you are the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. I adore you and enthrone you as King over my mind, imagination, feelings, intentions, body, and soul—now and forever. (Rev 19:16)
- Jesus, you are the Crucified Savior. May my love for you crucify all in me that is unworthy of you—that is, sin and its effects. We adore you, O Christ, and we bless you, because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world. (Mt 27:32-56)
- Jesus, your heart is a burning furnace of charity. Set my heart on fire with love for you and for souls. You said, “I have come to cast fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!” Lord Jesus, give me that fire. (Lk 12:49)
- Jesus, you are the Son of God and the Son of Man. Lead me to deeper knowledge, greater love, clearer understanding, and a lifelong yearning to follow you all my days. May you be the very center of my life now and for all eternity. Amen.

DAY 1 – JESUS, THE BREAD OF LIFE
- John 6:35 “And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”
- Reflection: Jesus satisfies the deepest hunger of the soul. No earthly thing can fill the spiritual emptiness within us like Christ. He is our daily bread—our spiritual nourishment.
- Prayer: Lord Jesus, you are the Bread of Life. Feed me daily with your Word and presence. Help me hunger for righteousness and thirst for your truth.
DAY 2 – JESUS, THE GOOD SHEPHERD
- John 10:11“I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.”
- Reflection: As the Good Shepherd, Jesus knows you by name. He leads, protects, and lays down His life for you. You are never alone under His care.
- Prayer: Good Shepherd, lead me beside still waters and restore my soul. Guard me from the enemy and guide me in paths of righteousness.
DAY 3 – JESUS, THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE
- John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.”
- Reflection: Christ conquered death. Eternal life is not just a future promise—it’s a present reality in Him. Your hope is alive because He is alive.
- Prayer: Jesus, my Resurrection and Life, breathe your eternal hope into me. Help me live with eternity in view and walk in your power today.
DAY 4 – JESUS, THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
- John 8:12 “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”
- Reflection: In a world of darkness, Jesus is your guiding light. He exposes lies, gives clarity, and brings joy. Walk in His light and reflect His glory.
- Prayer: Lord, shine your light into every corner of my heart. Drive out darkness and help me reflect your light to others.
DAY 5 – JESUS, THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE
- John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
- Reflection: Jesus is not a way—He is the Way. He is the only truth in a world of deception, the only source of life in a dying world. Trust Him to guide your steps.
- Prayer: Jesus, show me the way each day. Keep me grounded in your truth and fill me with your abundant life.
DAY 6 – JESUS, THE LAMB OF GOD
- John 1:29 “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”
- Reflection: The Lamb without blemish bore your sin on the cross. He is the fulfillment of every Old Testament sacrifice—the ransom paid in full for your redemption.
- Prayer: Worthy is the Lamb! Thank you for shedding your blood for me. Keep me mindful of your sacrifice and walking in your forgiveness.
DAY 7 – JESUS, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS
- Revelation 19:16 “And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
- Reflection: Jesus reigns over all. No power on earth or in hell can match His authority. He is your King—worthy of full surrender, worship, and obedience.
- Prayer: King Jesus, reign in my heart. Rule over my thoughts, my actions, and my life. I bow before your majesty and give you glory.
